With the mission of inspiring children through the arts, Art In Motion (AIM) uses dance and music to help all children develop high standards, discipline, and a belief in themselves that will carry over into all aspects of their lives.
All of our In-School classes are totally free of charge to the students. Our After School classes are offered on a sliding scale basis.
Our AIM programs are joyful, rigorous, and intellectually engaging.

Beginning Character Class, Mondays 6:15-7:15
Integral to the classical ballet repertoire, Character Dance is the stylized representation of traditional folk dances from around the world.
Character dances featured in ballets such as Swan Lake and The Nutcracker include: Czardas, Mazurka, Tarantella, Slavic, Flamenco, and Greek.
Ages 13+
Learn the elegance and joy of social dancing from bygone eras.
Our Dance Through Time classes are a combination of theatre and social dance.
We'll dance from the Renaissance, through the Baroque, the Regency Romps, the 19th century, the animal dances of the ragtime era, then on to the roaring 20's.
